"Library of Celestial Understanding" - Scene design

A not-so-friendly discussion takes place between the parties in the library.

A scene I created for the amazing Elderbrain team's new project. A story with a completely different mood and atmosphere, which will contain many, many settings and creatures that are very dear to me :))

This is the first illustration for which I have tried to use my 3D skills. A few months ago, I started getting to know Blender more seriously (it was planned for a long time, but after procrastination and a few failed attempts, now finally...). My basic goal with this is to make my work faster, more efficient and deeper/rich in details. In the field of concept art, it is quite clear how much I will be able to use this tool, which is still new to me... the more serious task for me is to be able to incorporate it into my illustration workflow. To keep the picturesqueness and energy of a work (to avoid the harsh immobility/stiffness often associated with 3D renders) but to introduce a much more detailed and realistic "movie frame" direction into my works.
