Subject: Request for Authorization - Classified Spec. Operation “Nyarlathotep”

This correspondence is submitted to formally request immediate authorization to initiate Special Operation "Nyarlathotep." I lost contact with my on-site agent.

Delay in execution pose a significant risk to the preservation of the research results and experimental samples of the project in question.

Operational assets, including Echo Arctic Team and aerial surveillance support, are in full readiness. ROE has been reviewed, and all personnel are briefed on mission parameters (as much as the ‘class 3’ confidentiality level allows.) Execution can commence within two hours of approval.

Due to the classified nature of this mission, all communications and reports will be secured through encrypted channels. Full mission debrief and SITREP will follow upon completion.
